The objective of this literature review is to
compare the efficacy and outcomes of three
primary techniques—plating, nailing, and the
nailing-plating combination—in the repair of
complex distal femur fractures in patients with
osteoporosis The review will particularly focus on
the nailing-plating combination technique,
evaluating its potential advantages in osteoporotic
patients.
