Kristen Daly, MS, MPH, PhD is a second-year medical student at Rocky Vista University with a background in global health, communication, and community-based research. Before medical school, she contributed to Boulder County’s COVID-19 surveillance response during the pandemic and co-led public health campaigns, including Boulder’s sugary drink tax initiative, which funds health equity programs. She has taught in the areas of communication, public health, and international development, and her research interests include health equity, digital and global health, psychedelics and mental health, and medical education and medical trainee well-being. Kristen holds a PhD from Columbia University, where she studied technology and media, an MPH from the Colorado School of Public Health in Global Health and Community and Behavioral Health and an MS and BS from Stanford University in mathematics.
